About the Studio.

We are a full service luxury Interior Design, Architecture and Project Management studio.

Our Story.

The studio was founded by husband and wife; Stuart and Lisa Cunningham. Our design experience retrospectively has us uniquely equipped to cover all areas of design from concept design packages, RIBA Construction issue drawing packs to Project management on site of all build and joinery trades.

The studio originally formulated from our first home in Pimlico, London with our first property renovation being on Harley Gardens, Kensington. Stuart is the founder and project director of Maven Interior Studio and prior to formulating the studio Stuart worked in London for over a decade for two of the industries largest commercial design and architecture based companies working the west coast of America, Germany and Dubai.

Lisa formally joined Maven Interior Studio a year later after having worked for some of the most prestigious Architecture and Design practices in London. Working both in High-end Retail (Overseeing Jimmy Choo townhouse New Bond street - most notable) and design and procurement of wonderful homes in West London.

We moved back fully to Suffolk in 2018 for the arrival of our son and have loved living and growing our family with one more little one and two dogs here ever since. We are based at Fox’s Marina in Ipswich Suffolk, a beautiful spot with views of the Orwell bridge.

We work with residential clients across Suffolk, Essex and London from our Suffolk studio and visit you at your home from the outset of our communications to engage and discuss your brief in the setting we are to take on. Commercially we work globally with retailers and brands and more locally to Suffolk and Essex with private practices.
